Field jacket using indigo black spotted dobby fabric with zipper spec. Based on a classic field jacket and featuring two pockets, this one has been modified to include zippers and wind flaps. Slightly roomy fit around the shoulders.

We aimed for a color tone that would appear as if indigo fabric had been overlaid with a layer of black dye, and here use a combination of black yarn and yarns dyed in both natural and synthetic indigo to achieve this effect. We have also adjusted the number of yarn colors appearing on the face of the fabric through our weaving technique to express this elusive color tone. Compared to natural and synthetic indigo, the black yarn is colored with a dye that does not fade easily, so as the garment fades, the beautiful mottled pattern becomes more pronounced.
