Shipping policy
We are proud to offer free express worldwide shipping on orders over 300 USD (30,000 JPY).
Consumption tax (10%) in Japan is not applied for overseas delivery, however, our prices do not include custom duty in the country to be shipped.
We use world-class courier companies like EMS, DHL or FedEx to ship our products. (However, DHL and FedEx do not pick up parcels on weekends and public holidays.)
We strive to ship from our warehouse in Osaka, Japan within 2 to 3 days of receiving an order and our customers typically receive their orders within a few days of shipping. Please note that we have no control over customs authorities in your country, which may from time to time delay the delivery of a package or, in rare situations, request for additional information. We will do our best to assist you with any customs issues. Just reach out to us!
As soon as the item leaves our offices in Osaka, Japan, it belongs to the customer who paid for it since you as our customer are solely responsible for the importation of items bought at our website. Customs policies vary from country to country and customers are solely responsible for importing the item into the country it was shipped to and any customs, duties, and taxes incurred as a result of the importation.
