Return & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the return of unworn items.

To ship an item back to SAMURAI JEANS online please:

  • Email us, within 14 days of receiving your order, at webstore@samuraijeans.co.jp with a description of what you want to return and your order number, and we will get back to you with return instructions.
  • Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  • For exchanges: please email us at webstore@samuraijeans.co.jp, for the desired color/size for the exchange.
  • Pack your item(s) into a bag or box as small as possible.
  • We will send you the air waybill for the returning item(s).

With effect from 1 November 2025, service charge at 2500JPY per item (not per order) will be charged for any exchange / return cases. It will be deducted from the total payment amount before refunding.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unsoaked and still have tags on it. Hemmed products cannot be exchanged / returned even in brand new condition.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Any made-to-order items cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.

Please be extra careful about picking the right item, including size and design before ordering. Please note that there are always minor differences in sizing between each piece even in the same size.

For a return or exchange to be valid:

  • All returned items should be in their new and original condition as you received them: with tags, unused, unwashed and unworn.
  •  All returns must be shipped to us with a tracking number and must be received by us no later than 14 days from the date of receiving (barring any customs-related delays for returns from outside the US)
  • Please email us a photo or scan copy of the return invoice/receipt and the tracking number to webstore@samuraijeans.co.jp.
  • We reserve the right to not accept returns or exchanges that do not meet the above requirements.
  • All sale purchases are final.
  • ANY COSTS INCURRED (INCLUDING CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES) AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY US VIA EMAIL OR HEREIN, SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND OR CREDIT AMOUNT.
